Thanks for your feedback on how to improve this.
I Recorded me acting with a bunch of silly looking markers on my face and stuck the tracked motion on heavy, here are the results. i didn't do any tweaking to the animation as this was just to test.
Ignore the fact there's a face on his tongue, i forgot to change the placeholder texture haha.
I've been learning how to do this and other things for my next project, I'm moving on from source film maker and going to render directly from max.
Used 3 PS3Eye cameras, PFTrack, Facerobot, Max
