*Get ready to experience one of the most underwhelming light gun shooters ever created. Developed and published by United Software Entertainment, this German arcade game aimed to test our shooting skills across 10 increasingly difficult levels. The concept sounds promising—aim, shoot, and rack up high scores. However, the execution falls flat.*

*The graphics are a significant letdown, with a resolution so poor that I had to use Lossless Scaling just to get it fullscreen. The visual presentation is dated, even for 1999 standards, lacking the polish seen in its contemporaries. Despite this, the controls are surprisingly good, managing to be the game's only redeeming quality. They are responsive and accurate, making you wish they were put to better use in a more engaging game.*

*The game’s structure revolves around shooting targets on a virtual shooting range. While this sounds simple and straightforward, the lack of variety and creativity in the targets quickly becomes tedious. There are no exciting enemies or dynamic environments—just repetitive target shooting that fails to hold your interest.*

*United Software Entertainment, the company behind F.A.C.T., seems to have disappeared into obscurity, leaving behind little to no legacy. The game was likely their last foray into the arcade scene, and given the final product, it’s not hard to see why.*

*If you’re curious about obscure arcade games, give F.A.C.T. a try. But don’t expect much—this is truly one of the worst light gun shooters out there.*
