Welcome to a new Factorio series where we take a look at building a Factorio base from scratch.
We are playing with a couple of mods installed in order to improve quality of life. The first is the Squeak through mod which allows you to walk over pipes. The second is Ultracompact solar which make solar power more viable in the late game. Both of these can be found within the Factorio mods setting from the steam workshop. outside of that we are playing in peaceful mode so we do not have to worry about base defenses, and all resources are on max size and quality.
