The 100% speedrun involves getting every single achievement in the game in a single sitting on a random map.
Completed in 14:54:44 from map generation to the final achievement (Run start is 0:04:58 in part 1. Final achievement is 7:13:01 in part 2).
(Note on the timer: due to clumsy fingers and not having experience as a speedrunner, I hit the split and reset button a few times throughout the run. I reset the timer to around what I thought it was, but as a result its about 15 minutes fast by the end. Start and finish times are from video time anyway)

Getting on track like a pro - Build a train in the first 90 minutes
Lazy Bastard - Launch a rocket without hand crafting more than 111 items
There is no spoon - Launch a rocket within 8 hours. Usually easy, but much more complicated when combined with lazy bastard
Minions - Have 100 combat robots. Requires 5 levels of infinite research, so 6 rocket launches
Tech Maniac - Research all technologies
Mass Production 3 - Produce 20 million green circuits. This is the slog, most of the last 9 hours of the run is dedicated to this
