This Mod Spotlight is for the Satellite Uplink Station Mod for Factorio. The mod unlocks a late game research and building that allows you to view any part of the map while in it. You have to have launched a rocket with satellite first though.
It also is made to go in conjunction with the Orbital Ion Cannon mod, so you can fire it anywhere on the map without getting hit by the blast.
This spotlight is done on Factorio 0.12.17, and the latest version of the mod as of this video.
