after amos 24 hour i finally found customer service from facebook community group
and requested the firmware file to manually update.
future time if you facing the same problem maybe they already open to download firmware from official website.
incase dont have. can try download from here.

I tried both on samsung and iphone:
they come out difference error.
samsung show fail to upgrade firmware but the camera load upgrading. and it run to 100% not really an upgrade.
Iphone show download firmware 100% but when upload to camera stop at 0.6%
camera continue ask to active on app, app continue asking for upgrade firmware to x3 1.0.0
repeat n time now.

my camera is full charge.
microSD card installed. and try difference card too.

how about manual update from micro-SD card ?
I tried check from official website

do not have insta360 x3 firmware to download.
