This one was pretty funny. Because the campaign only takes place on the same map for 5 chapters (glorified survival), the bots just immediately go to the saferoom. Unfortunately for them, they didn't know how to cheese the finale, so they had to face the onslaught of zombies at least once... and yeah they got absolutely wrecked.
This is the only FNaF "campaign" that currently exists, I would love to see a Security Breach inspired campaign one day.
