Attacks on DPRK Onchon Airbase, deep outside of the FLOT. The first flight was totally fucked up because we timed the arrival of friendly flights who were supposed to support us incorrectly, resulting in essentially a suicide mission. The only flight that was fragged correctly was a two ship of EF-111s which successfully jammed two major threats in and around the air base: two Jang Wei cruisers and an SA-3 on the base itself. We got intercepted, ran out of missiles and then could do nothing but try to escape from a pair of mig-29s which were chasing us. Flight lead was killed by the 29s, I barely escaped, burning the entire way after successfully knocking out the short runway. I landed on fumes at an alternate strip.

The 2nd part of this video is a re-attack of the airbase, not a replay. We had a 4 ship f-15c sweep escort, a 2 ship F-16 SEAD escort and a 2 ship EF-111 ECM flight. Properly coordinated this time, we managed to complete our mission, and although it was quite hairy at times, both of us made it back alive. End state is an airbase which is 0% operational.
