Fall of the Samurai: I Can't Beat This Game
6This game is the only Total War I haven't either beaten or gotten to that end stage where everything is super easy and I don't have to do any thinking any more. All total war games get to that stage. I'm going to be doing this on Legendary as the Satsuma which are a relatively easy faction compared to some of the others but their position does limit their ability to expand outwards.
Hopefully I'll finally beat this stupid game.
I am doing one little dirty trick though, and that is resetting naval battles. Naval battles are too critical in FoTS and they are super swingy with your ultra expensive capital ship sometimes going down to a single explosive shell after one shot. You need to make certain that you're doing a little something for when that cheaty AI blows everything out of the water in one or two volleys.
