This episode is from my stream of Fallout 2, the sequel to Fallout, a 1997 Post-Apocalyptic Role-Playing game.

Vault 15 starts more like a dungeon crawl with a bit of gatekeeping content to test your readiness to take on additional challenges awaiting you. The enemies are hopped on Mentats, carry assault rifles, and come in bunches.

And that pariah dog certainly doesn't make it easy to deal with the entire situation!
