Fallout 3 vXbox Part 53 | Mothership Zeta [ Very Hard ]
1Wrapping up the northeastern exploration, accidentally starting Mothership Zeta.
There was a driver update for the elgato, and it set itself to completely ignore my settings and record in 1080p60 at a low bitrate again. Come to find out upon upload, it's not even 60, it's 30 frames per second. Is it just impossible to get a capture card that actually works? I guess the fact this one records at all instead of producing a blank screen puts it that far ahead of the razer. Or maybe it's that I'm expected to have a newer system than a 6th gen i7 that supports the lowest DDR4 speed possible to encode a video signal somehow. Yeah the capture PC is different from the PC I play games on. (FF8&10 are on the capture PC)
I just don't get it. The bootleg EZcap just worked, with some workarounds because it was bootleg. The roxio just worked. The diamond multimedia just worked, beyond having horrible proprietary software, 1080p30 cap, and only 1080p passthrough. The razer just didn't process a signal half the time with their best tech support being "just replug it lolz" and this thing will not respect the commands it is given.
