Fallout 4 | Bobblehead Lock Picking Location Guide
4The Lock Picking Bobblehead itself is located inside the Pickman Gallery East of the Cabot House and North west of the Old North Church. Before you enter, make sure you that are well equipped as this area is infested with Raiders, Legendary Raiders and Raider Scum's with an additional High level Raider Survivalist and a high level boss which is known as Slab.
The Lock Picking Bobblehead is located on the ground by the center pillar in the last chamber before you exit. Near the flaming trash can.
This is also the location of the unique weapon Pickman's Blade.
