00:10 Hang around any of the wandering eyebots in the commonwealth to get the location of Cambridge Polymer Labs marked on your map as a miscellaneous quest objective
00:20 "interview" with Molly, the Mr Handy robot in the lobby to gain entry into the lab
00:45 get locked into the lab my molly with the stipulation that you can't return to the outside world until you've created the alloy they're after
1:10 use the terminal on your right as you walk in to identify the samples in the lab for the purpose of making the alloy (you're going to need Gold and Lithium Hydride)
1:28 Find the Lithium as sample 3111 in the storage room to the left on the first floor sitting on a shorter shelf
1:40 hack an expert level terminal on the second floor or use the collapsed ramp up into the ventilation shafts to gain access to the room containing the gold sample and the security terminal.
Either take the gold sample and the password to the containment room for the uranium
OR access the terminal inside the room to activate the security override and shoot your way to freedom
If you wanted the nice armor:
2:28 find the terminal to for the containment room (it should have a lot of un-usable computers and a single terminal you can use all along the walls) and input the passcode for the containment room to open it, then head downstairs to get your U0238 sample
2:44 head back to the sample testing terminal and insert the lithium and gold on the left and the uranium on the right before accessing the terminal itself and running the fabrication routine. collect the armor that will come out on the right
3:43 show the armor to Molly and she'll let you out and escort you to the president's office for a bit of closure and an end to the quest
