Here's a video on how to find the Alien Blaster in Fallout 4.

To locate it, head to the western quadrant of the Commonwealth and find Beantown Brewery as a landmark. From the brewery, head south east and until you start to spot some scorched trees. There you'll find the crashed UFO, and if you head slightly northwest from there, you should find a small cave that the Alien has holed himself up at. Take him out, and claim the Alien Blaster for yourself.
