Fallout 4 allows players the choice of creating some nice looking male and female avatars with a set of pretty comprehensive character customization tools which might be considered standard fare for role playing games these days. However, there's some neat options buried under the surface which can make your clean looking characters turn ugly real fast. We had a look at some of the more extreme options such as scars, burns and pitted skin and placed them on our character making her look like she'd been through hell and back.
