Thanks to the latest patch 1.06 you can now replay mission 11 up to 7 times to get your female sniper back as a buddy without having to worry about emblems and what not.

If you've passed mission 45 and are missing Quiet or you haven't got that far and have the Butterfly Emblem equipped you can now remove the emblem and play Mission 45. Once done follow these steps.

1. Play Mission 11 [REPLAY] Cloaked in Silence.
2. Replay it over and over until on the mission select screen the text changes to [REUNION] Cloaked In Silence.
3. Replay the mission one more time without killing Quiet when you get the chance at the end.
4. Take her home.
5. You'll get a message saying she's been restored.
6. On next mission select buddy Quiet.
