505Welcome to another Fallout 4 Tutorial Guide
Today Il be showing you The 4 Locations of where you can find Edward Deegan. A NPC who will set off a chain of Quests needed for Entry in the Parsons State Insane Asylum.
Once you're atleast Level 10 and Kill all the Guards outside the Asylum you'll need to find Edward Deegan to start the quest "Special Delivery"
His Locations are:
1) Dugout Inn (Diamond City)
2) Colonial Taphouse (Diamond City)
3) Third Rail (Goodneighbor)
4) Bunker Hill (Monument)
