As we continue with the Glowing Sea objective, we finally find the Rocky Cave that Virgil is hiding inside. We need to find out any information that help us get into the Institute. He said he’ll help but wants something in return. He mentioned we need to hunt a Courser down for a chip that’ll teleport us into the Institute. The primary point of interest is in the ruins of CIT that’s directly above the Institute. Before we continue with main mission, continue/finishing up some fetch mission for the Brotherhood from Scribe Haylen and Knight Rhys. This will enable to continue talking with Paladin Panse in the next episode.
