Here is some gameplay of the Far Harbor DLC. On my own setup I found a way to run this game in 4K properly without crashing but that does not mean it will work for you. DO NOT USE ULTRA preset. I tried for many days trying to find the optimal settings and settled on the most stable preset HIGH. Mods also increase the chances to crash the game. The game still has many problems with stability for many people. Here is my graphics settings:

Graphics Adapter and Resolution:
Resolution = 3840 x 2160
Antialasing = TAA (Best Quality)
Anisotropic Filtering = 16 Samples

Detail: High preset

Detail Advanced tab:
Texture Quality = Ultra
Shadow Quality = High
Shadow Distance = High
Decal Quality = High
Lighting Quality = Ultra
Godrays Quality = Medium
Ambient Occlusion = SSAO (High)
Weapon Debris = Off (best performance)
Screen Space Reflections = On (checked)
Wetness = On (checked)
Rain Occlusion = On (checked)
Motion Blur = On (checked)
Lens Flare = On (checked)

Detail View Distance tab:
All sliders = default for high setting
Distant Object Detail = High
Object Detail Fade = High
