This is a settlement build tour at Greentop Nursery from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere).

This is a Minuteman protected farming settlement, with a small bar setup around the front of the pre-war house, and a small clinic and treatment room built on the side. On top of the clinic is a roof top patio area and house, with a small scrap / junk yard and Power Armour workshop around the back.

Behind the greenhouse an old bus has been converted into sleeping quarters and storage for the settlements provisioner, with a windmill bolted on top to provide power. Apart from boarding up some holes in the walls I have left the pre-war house as it was originally so do not show it in the tour, and the same for the greenhouse.

I have always been put off building here due to the pre existing structures taking up so much of the build space, but had a lot of fun making this and really pleased with how it turned out!
