This is the fourth part of my Building at Oberland Station series, which covers the construction of my settlement at Oberland Station. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only features vanilla and DLC objects.

In this video I start to build up around the pre-existing signal box creating some workshop / storage areas with a small settler house on top. I also construct a small shed to house the settlements generator and add some junk walls.
