If you rescue strong as a male you will get reginalds suit as opposed to agathas dress as a female. Both pieces of apparel come with the 3 charisma needed to get a 30 strong settlement.

Welcome to another Fallout 4 Tips and Tricks Guide

Today il be showing you guys how you can get over 30 settlers in your settlements. The Standard amount of settlers per settlement is 10. With a ten in charisma it will increase it to 20 and with the Charisma Bobblehead it will max out at 21. By using the rite apparel you can get upto 26 and by combining all these with a dose of grape mentats you can take it up to 31.
