In this mod review I cover a mod that slows down time every time you dismember an enemy. Now this effect doesn't work perfectly for me, as sometimes I would shoot off a limb and go no slow-motion effect. When it does work though its glorious as you get to appreciate the over-the-top violence of Fallout 4 outside of vats as you get a nice slow-motion effect sniping off an enemy's head for example. This also works with bloody mess which is quite the spectacle to see in slow motion.
