In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new settlement to Fallout 4. Really it takes one of the games more iconic locations, the Boston Public Library, and turns the entirety of the interior cell into a useable settlement. After you clear the library of invading super mutants you can access the work bench where you can scrap anything and build whatever you would like in a quite large space. You can also invite settlers in as it works as a fully functional settlement even though it's an interior cell. The library is a very centralized location in Fallout 4 and this mod allows you to build a very cool base inside and I recommend it.
