In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a lot more perks to take in Fallout 4. This mod adds perks that require a level somewhere between 50 and 100. These new high-level perks can do simple things like add even more ranks to gunslinger or rifleman, so you can do even more damage with your builds weapon type. They can also do some pretty crazy things like make you run twice as fast and jump twice as high with moving target perks. They can also make all ghouls not hostile to you with high level versions of the ghoulish perk. If you have felt a lack of late game scaling this might just be the mod for you as it really gives your character the ability to grow and become even more powerful into the higher levels.
