In this mod review I cover a mod that adds an extension to the cannibal perk that allows your character to become a vampire. Once you have taken the perk and you are a vampire every time you consume a blood pack you gain a large buff. Each rank of the cannibal (vampire) perk you take increases the buff you receive and let me tell you, this buff makes you character extremely overpowered.
