In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new melee weapon to the game, the institute cutter. The institute cutter is a laser sword that has the ability to melt through your enemies or even gooify them with a plasma version upgrade. It also lights them on fire and definitely has an institute style to it and it makes cool noises when you swing it.
