In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new weapon to Fallout 4. This is the R101 Rifle which is a combination of weapons like the G36 and the XM8 prototype. This weapon is what the vanilla assault rifle should have been according to the mod author. The mod has some interesting and cool attachments including weapon skins that change the look of the weapon. The weapon overall feels pretty good even though there is definitely clipping on stuff like the reload animation. The weapon looks good though and the textures are of a high quality. It does feel good though as its nice and powerful. If you are looking for a new lore-friendly assault rifle this might be the mod for you.
