In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new replaceable armor plate system to fallout 4. You can craft different strengths of armor plates that provide you temporary extra damage resistance for 12 hits. Each hit makes the armor plate reduce damage less and less until it breaks. Then you can apply a new plate when you hear a custom break sound. You can also craft junk plates anywhere on the fly with a few steel and keep yourself tanking damage. There is also a very nice-looking animation that plays when you put in a new plate. Overall, I like this mod a lot as it adds a brand-new strategy layer and mechanic to handle combat in the game.
