In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new weapon to Fallout 4. This is the first weapon added from the most recent Call of Duty, Black Ops 6. This is XM4 from that game which is referred to as the Colt 723 in game. This is a classic looking assault rifle that has all the sounds and animations ported over directly from Call of Duty. If Call of Duty is good at anything its modeling weapons and animating them so this weapon excels in those categories. It has a huge number of attachments as well. Unfortunately, some of them don't seem to do anything such as the underbarrels, the stock and pistol grips. There are also some really awesome attachments that work well, such as kits which allow you to pick a perk that can do anything from giving yourself more damage resistance, more ap, more carry weight, and many more. The attachments that do work are good, for example there is a wide variety of scopes. It's a very good weapon; it's just a shame there is some parts of it that don't work well. Especially because it weighs in at the big fat 600mb. If you have the space then you could definitely download this mod and have it be your gun for a whole playthrough, but I think honestly, there are better weapons that take up less space.
