create a file (notepad) and save it in your fallout4 game folder as say
givemestuff.txt makesure its one word list like kcingaming.txt ect

just drop the below text into a txt file and press tidle (~) to open the commandline
then with the file you created (file.txt) example... type bat file.txt if you done it correctly the
perks will be added ect... if not it could screw up your game so be careful!
