0An update to my original video (that I may delete) with new information and a more in depth discussion.
I did forget to mention that Science! also effects Power Armor and any of the BioComm or Lead armor upgrades. I felt this was minor, and did not want to re-record for the 5th time.
I also forgot to include the Armorer perk along with the Scrapper and Gun Nut Perks. This is useful.
