This is a settlement build tour at Somerville Place from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects. The only mod used for the build is Place Everywhere, with some additional assets being spawned using console commands.

This is a Farming and Trading settlement allied with the Minutemen. This features several stores along the main path into the settlement leading to the settlements bar and dinner, with the settler’s homes and various utilities scattered around the edges of the settlement and a small fishing boat dock providing access to the nearby marshes.

Due to its remote location felt it’s the perfect place for those who wanted to settle somewhere out of the way, and provide a place for those either arriving or leaving the Commonwealth (or perhaps those brave enough to venture into the Glowing Sea) to stock up on supplies.

I was aiming for a small village feel with this build, and although it ended up a little larger than I intended still really pleased with how this turned out 😊
