Fallout 4 Survival Build and talk

I received more requests for Fallout 4 stuff. I couldn't think of anything else to talk about. I already covered high end armor locations, the mod/creation kit stuff, and builds for higher difficulties (in prior recordings).
So I decided to do another build recording. This time, it's a build specifically designed to take on the new Survival Difficulty. My prior builds were rambo builds. That may be problematic for the new stuff.
I theory crafted this Ninja build to take on the new difficulty with more ease. The core is Armorer, Gun Nut, Lone Wanderer, Bloody Mess, Ninja, Adamantium Skeleton, Rifleman, and potentially Strong Back.
Special start will be 5 Strength, 4 Perception, 6 Endurance, 2 Charisma, 3 Intelligence, 6 Agility and 2 Luck. This build will wait for the bobble heads to get to the end of the build. This makes it easier to stretch my points out.
For equipment; It will be a Combat Knife with the Stealth Upgrade or Pickman's Blade, Overseer's Guardian, Justice, and the usual weapons (Sniper Rifle/Hunting Rifle, Rocket Launcher, .38 Pipe Rifle, 10mm and so on).
For Armor it will be the Combat Armor of your choice. Survival difficulty does lower you carry weight so it may be best to use the normal Combat Armor instead of the Heavy.
There is mods to make the Ballistic Weave Blueprint obtainable without the Railroad Quest line. I don't know if the mod works well, as I have not seen it be tested on Twitch. It is an option though.
