In prior recordings I talked about which builds I thought were best, and what I thought of the DLC. I recently got the DLC, and I used a lot of information from the internet, to get through it. This recording is aimed at talking about the information in guides, or the forums. I wanted to add to what was said, or correct what was said.
I talked about my build at first because it ties in to why I went looking for some of the equipment, and why my skills are set up in the way it is.
I then talked about equipment mostly. That is where I saw a lack of information in the guides, or errors in what was said.
I did forget to mention that there is 5 Places of Power in the Blood and Wine DLC. Another way to get a Skill Point is taking the contract in the Beyond the Hills and Dale quest. You will find the notice board by the Flint seller. The reward for helping the Goose is a Golden Egg which gives you a free Skill Point. It MUST be consumed WHILE still in that fantasy world. Otherwise it is removed from your inventory.
