No XP Farming in Build Mode
No Third Person in Combat
No Ballistic Weave on Head Items ( Only 1 Item can HAVE Ballistic Weave )
You CAN NOT KILL Kellogg UNTIL YOUR LEVEL 60

Using VATS = - 200 Points
Using Power Armor = - 200 Points
Using Broken Skills = - 200 Points ( Per Skill )
Using Chems for Combat = - 200 Points
Using Companion = - 200 Points
Using Ballistic Weave on 2 Clothing Pieces = - 200 Points
You MUST STREAM this CHALLENGE LIVE and Play for at least 3 hours = 3 In Game Days
You MUST Show Your Difficulty Setting and Your Mods at the START of EVERY STREAM
