Kremvh's Blade can be applied to any old legendary Machete, When the blade is an a Wounding Machete, the DoT significantly increases.

I Still prefer to use the powerful prefix on melee weapons usually because it out damages the +25 damage you get with the wounding effect. In addition, the sneak attack multipliers are multiplied from base damage so the powerful effect is stronger for sneak based characters.
