The Ginge wakes up a few days late for Reclamation day. Please come join me in my first few steps in Fallout 76. Sorry for the bad quality of sound and video, I get this all sorted out for our second episode.

Fallout 76 is an online first person and third person multiplayer PvP survival game with RPG elements using skills cards under our S.P.E.C.I.A.L Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck, which has been revised with a number of changes from Fallout 4. Fallout 76 also has a mobile C.A.M.P, Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform, which can be packed up and placed anywhere Appalachia, providing there is enough space to put it down. You can also store the layout of your C.A.M.P as a blue print to save you time when you decide to move.

Fallout 76 world is Appalachia which is based on West Virginia and tries to recreate a number of real locations in the area.

Fallout 76 is developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. This is the first online multiplayer game created by Bethesda Game Studios.

In Fallout 76 you can team up with a maximum of three party members. In future we should be able to have our own private servers.

Fallout 76 is believed to be four times the size of Fallout 4.

Fallout 76 has a number of new monsters, like the Mothman 3 variants, Flatwoods Monster, The scorched five variations, Mole miner eight variations, Mega Sloth with six variations, Opossum, Scorchbeast with two variations one being the Scorch beast queen, Frog, Radtoad four variants, Ticks, Stingwings, Fog crawler two variants, Grafton monster three variants, Snallygaster six variants and Wendigo six variations. Of course, we also have the monsters we are used to from Fallout 4.

Fallout 76 does not have any human NPS like Fallout 4, however there is a number of reasons as to why this had to be done, mainly due to the game being multiplayer and the game still using the same engine as Fallout 4.

Fallout 76 story, lore and quests / missions will be found on numerous robots NPC’s recordings on holotapes and terminals.

Fallout 76 has a number of locations that the player can take control of for materials to craft weapons and armor to power armor parts these locations need to be defended from waves of monsters and this also automatically puts you into PvP state no matter what you tagged yourself as pacifist or not. Players can come and take the recourses the camp is providing. You can build defensive structures to help you with your defence. You can also team up with other players to defend the area.

Fallout 76 also lets the player fire a nuclear missile which radiates a location for a period of time which spawns in higher level and more powerful monsters with the chance to drop better weapons and legendary gear. As a player you would need to visit the missile silo once you have the key combination which changes weekly to radiate an area and perhaps spawn the Scorched beast queen.

Don’t forget to capture those epic moments with the new photo mode, which gives the player the ability to choose a number of poses and facial expressions and framed into one of many frames that you can unlock during your time in Appalachia.
