FO-76 How To Claim A Workshop For Newbies - Claim A Workshop Tips
In this episode, I will go over how to claim a workshop for New Players, or Newbies.
This video is useful for Daily/Weekly Challenges for "Claim A Workshop", "Build Anything In A Workshop Or Camp", "Complete an Event".
Note: This is common knowledge for most experienced players to the game.
- You can only Fast Travel to Workshops, if you own them.
- You can only build things at a Workshop, if you own them.
- Sometimes you have to clear the enemies before claiming a Workshop.
- Sometimes there are no enemies to clear, and you can claim it immediately.
- Workshops typically cost 25 caps to claim. If it is more, then the person, who owned it prior, has left the server but their built items remain, that you pay for extra.
- Sometimes there is glitch, where if you look on a map and a Workshop looks unclaimed, then you go to that Workshop, just to find out it is claimed.
- You you try to Claim a Workshop that is already owned by another active player on the map, be prepared for PVP (Player versus Player). AND sometimes, this can unfortunately lead to stalking and trolling.
- Once you Claim a Workshop, there will be an event that you can complete to Defend the Workshop, and it will count towards Complete an Event.
- You can Defend A Workshop that you do not own also, and get credit for that Event.
