Patch 11 came out last Tuesday and things couldn't have gone worse. Servers became very unstable, events were getting stuck, many players lost their power armor pieces and even legendary bosses stopped dropping legendary loot. As a result, Bethesda has released a Hotfix for Patch 11, which improved server stability, normalized the progress of all events and fixed some other bugs. However, legendaries are still bugged, both spawn rates and legendary drops. Furthermore, nothing has been done regarding the lost PA pieces and NW cheaters. In fact, new issues are arisen too, such as a quick bar bug that prevents players from changing/selecting another weapon.
