There is a new death grief in Fallout 76 that can kill anyone and bypass the Pacifist Mode. This griefing method is based on an exploit using Nuka Mines and/or Grenades together with Rose's Syringer using the Karma mod. Griefers can easily kill anyone in Adventure Mode using this exploit, especially those who have a bloodied build. There is also a new bug that doesn't register crafted or looted items... They simply vanish, never to be seen. I will also show you some more bugs that have been disrupting my gameplay in the past few days.
