Fallout -- New Vegas: Exploit\nThis exploit is used to earn 29 total perks instead of the usual 15 you're allowed. **Caution**This may cause an imbalance in game play making things a little too easy, but it's all in fun. In my experience, the level 2 perks do not carry over when you restart your character, nor do educated or comprehension for some reason. Most likely because the developers didn't expect anyone to reach level 30 before leaving Goodsprings. You can choose them after you restart your character, just not before.
