Fallout -- New Vegas: Exploit
This exploit is used when you don't want to waste any more points on a skill to get a certain perk. Say for instance you want Jury Rigging, but you don't really want to spend 90 points into repair. With this method if you're earning 14 skill points per level, you'll only need 76 points to earn the perk. I've tested this method several times and with several different perks and they've all worked perfectly after I removed the skills points. This is just a small way to save a few precious skill points from a skill you don't really want and you can't live without the perk.
