NutnOff has just released Nut ENB 2.0 on the nexus and they do a wayyy better job of showcasing this enb through screenshots on the nexus, and ngl after really enjoying the first one i had to check this one out and it's a massive improvement over base Fallout New Vegas and when used in combination with a couple of texture mods, it does an amazing job of bringing Fallout New Vegas' Mojave wasteland up to more modern standards, as always don't forget that the mods listed in the description isn't a full modlist so always check the mods own nexus page for requirements
