The quest is started through Crandon in North Vegas Square, a short walk from the Freeside East Gate.

The tasks are easy until you need to help Mrs. Hostetler. After learning about Alice from Mrs., go to Jules in North Vegas to be directed to the Grey.

There is a star cap upstairs in the grey.

Andy's room is toward your left from the entrance. You can lockpick the door or pick the key from one of the thugs patrolling the floor.

Open the door and look to the right for a note. Try to leave with the note and be confronted by Andy. Just say goodbye or kill him.

Head to the Hostetler home to quell a stand-off.

Alice can be talked down with either enough speech or intelligence or by stressing her out. To make her calm down, ask her if she has the money and then tell her to retrieve it herself. The thought of going through the heist makes her hesitant and you can ask for her gun at that point to defuse the situation.
Afterward, you can tell her to leave forever or stay. With +75 speech, you can send her on a spiritual journey for purpose.

Whatever you choose, speak with Mrs. Hostetler for quest complete.
