After Ring-a-Ding-Ding, Vulpes (or someone else) will confront you outside The Tops and will inform you that you can now visit the Fort.

To reach the Fort, you need to speak with Cursor Lucullus or interact with his raft at Cottonwood Cove.

At the Fort, your gear will be confiscated as it is at casinos.
The only notable thing about the Fort is that it gives some opportunities to earn Legion fame.

Possibly, you can find a slave girl named Melody in the Brahmin pen. Sometimes she won't spawn due to a glitch or you being too high-leveled. With Melody, you have an opportunity to gain karma by retrieving her teddy bear from Antony.
