Finding the terminal to open the armory door located in the Overseers office. To use the terminal you need to first loot the overseers password after killing him. Lots of gouls and radiation in this area and I'm mostly using the riot shotgun and plasma defender.
This is the way to the reactor where you need to go to finish the quest Hard Luck Blues: Find the source of the raidiation.
You can choose if you want to shut down the reactor to help the sharecropper farms or save the dwellers by leaving it on =)
