We've managed to not suck as bad in the vault happiness department, but we're facing a power crisis. We're also attracting unwanted attention from Raiders.

The epic post apocalyptic sim tower / tiny tower type game that has you strategize how to make the most of a bad situation. Playing this on my PC using Bluestacks player to emulate Android OS.
