57Why did Cooper tell his daughter he didn't do the thumbs up by giving an explanation about being in the marines? Why didn't he just say Vault Tec is a bad company promoting nuclear war? Or that the world is in a state of nuclear tension? Or words to that effect? Answer: so we could give the child actor a scene with a mushroom cloud in the background.
Also, forget the plot, we got other plots to go to! Whatever those are!
How do ghouls work in Fallout now?
Who knew the Brotherhood of Steel had a microphone for radio transmissions, and for their voice changer? Who knew they had a voice changer? Or a magical radiation detector with one meter for measuring...radiation? Apparently we can use it to locate an individual somewhere in the vast radiated wilderness! Like an entire radiated lake! Oh wait, we found a dead body, when we were really looking for a ghoul!
