After this playthrough, the game stopped asking if I wanted to continue and went back to the menu. This prompted me to go looking online for how to unlock the stage that requires 200 000 points, and this is what I've found.
Apparently, you need to create a family which will keep track of how many Fast Money rounds you've won. The game will leave after five games, but you can go back in and continue your progress. If I am ever able to do this, I will make it into one Longplay as my final Family Feud on PS2 video.
